I knew that I had to dedicate my life to improving the lives of others.
Nicole grew up with two homeless parents. Bouncing between the homes of relatives, she was never in one place for more than a few months at a time until her grandmother took her in at the age of 7. Both of her parents struggled with illness and drug addiction her entire life and the closest thing she ever had to a stable mother figure, her grandmother, died when Nicole was just 16 years old.
Based on statistics, Nicole should not have succeeded. But, Nicole defied and conquered the odds. She graduated early from high school at the age of 17 and went on to college.
Nicole is the kindest, sweetest, most caring person you can imagine. She vowed on her grandmother’s deathbed that she would do everything in her power to make the world a better place.

As a Clinical Trial Manager, she strives to live up to that vow everyday. She assists with all the administrative tasks that are so vital to the running of a successful trial, and does all she can to help get life-changing medicines to the people who need them.
